GWL Challenge - Weigh in & Scores for Week 1

It was suggested that I actually post the weigh-in results and scores each week. Okay, if you insist...JEFF!!!

Week One - Weigh-in
Karl - lost 2 kg
Jeff - lost 2 kg
Mande - no change
Paul - lost 3 kg

Week One - Golf Challenge Competition
Karl - 20 points
Jeff - 14 points
Mande - 14 points
Paul - 8 points

Next challenge - Batting cages!!!!

I just want to point out that it's slightly easier for men to lose weight. So hang in there Mande and don't sweat the results of the first weigh in!!!!

Lucky men! I'm pretty sure it is more than slightly easier for them to lose weight. However, we still live longer, so YIPPEE for that!

Yes, I think it is much easier for men to lose weight. My husband can do nothing more than eat a salad for lunch a couple of times and not drink beer for a few days during a week and the fat melts off him. Makes me want to smother him in his sleep. LOL!
